SNOW!! 雪！！
OMG IT'S SNOWING FINALLY!! WHAT WHAT!!
This is so great. But it's wet snow. That's what we get for living in the rainiest city EVAR. So unfortunately, I can't make a snow bunny
That'd be so cute. I'll have to draw one. u_u Maybe. But yeah!! Everyone, be optimistic for a day off this Friday!! D:The snow ritual dance that I made up last night:
*Turn your pajama pants inside out.
*Step outside. Feel the cold. EMBRACE THE COLD.
*Once you've enjoyed this icy chill, jump around in circles, chanting hi ya ya ya snow hi ya ya hi ya ya ya SNOW! HAH!!
*Repeat until you feel you've done enough, then go inside, and go straight to bed with that cold feeling in your mind.
It was wierd... No immediate effects, in fact, things were pretty normal this morning until about five minutes into first period, when...
OMG! It's SNOWING!! *everyone rushes to the windows*
...of course, it was too late to have the day off u_u But it still worked! I'm thinking, we just need to go to bed earlier >:3
I swear though, tomorrow better be a snow day D: *wants to avoid getting more homework*

Winter Break 冬休み
So, if it freezes tonight, then tomorrow will be the start of winter break! (wait... no if's!! It WILL freeze!!!!!)
That means~
I can work on stuff!
I just need to be able to have the motivation to use the whole 2 weeks. But hopefully, I'll get finished what I need to, those things mentioned below. WAAY below. Yeah. Lol!...I'm a... teacher...? 私は...先生だ？
I guess I'm a teacher. ...A drawing teacher. (But I'm still a student!!!?) Then again, I guess everyone's a student. We're always learning!
SO! I'm helping two people with their careers to become mangaka.
The first is a girl who is my real life friend!! Yeah! We're like sisters, lol. We've decided that we were seperated at birth. Her name is ~pine-apple-pie.
The second is someone who I talk to on MSN. It's a bit difficult teaching to draw on the interwebs, but... I will do my best for ~somahiru.
My main idea in art: There is no such thing as natural born talent. Skill is just a mixture of practice, patience and confidence! And all of these things are gifts that you can give yourself. So keep this in mind as you set out on your own journey, ya? Don't get discouraged by seeing other people's work, because they were beginners once too! YEAH! OPTIMISM! WHOO HAH! *strikes a pose*
Request Policy
Okay. So I think I'm going to set a limit on how many requests I will take up.... because I forget u_u" Right now, I've got a few. I'm going to finish those, then figure out a limit... until then, no requests please D: I mean I guess you could, but... GAH! It's okay. I'll figure it out. Yeah ^^ I'll figure it out.

Things to come
So! Along with the requests mentioned above, I have some things I've been working on myself. One! A Lyon poster XD This will take a long time, but I'll keep working on it. Two! I drew an emo version of myself. LOL! It's great. I want hair like that, and hopefully, I soon will. Three! I want to do some kind of christmas scene with the Zelda characters again. (are the rumors true about no more Zelda games? I'm not sure, I only heard it D
And Four, a winter scene with Lyon 
I have a livejournal now, and I've been putting my WIP's up there... so if you're interested, my username is yaminonamida (who would have guessed!?). Also, there's my photobucket, also yaminonamida. (Clever! I know!)
So yeah :3 I'll see what I can do.
Book reccomendation! Manga reccomendation!
Alright. First off, I wanna tell you about this awesome book. It's called How to do Just About Everything. Omigosh, it's so useful XD It's got stuff from getting over a breakup to making bubble mix, with recipes, hair styling tips, and household solutions in between. Really a nice book to have around, especially if you're just starting your own life away from home. :3 (I'm not yet, but...) My dad says he saw it for pretty cheap on amazon, so... yeah
AND FOR MANGA. Omigosh. Tegami Bachi (Letter Bee) is something I have a total infatuation over. Either watch the anime from the Shonen jump 40th Anniversary thing they're advertising here on dA, or read the manga on onemanga.com, but Oooh, it made me cry. Watching the anime made me cry, and it's only one episode, I do believe. It's so beautiful~!
